Click image to enlargeThis little booklet is a collection of short quotations from Blessed Charles de Foucauld, for reflection and prayer. It is one of a series of small booklets exploring some aspects of the life of a saintly disciple of Jesus, i.e. of a life informed and directed by prayer, which in turn may assist us on our way.

"Blessed Charles de Foucauld experienced the vocation to imitate, as closely as possible, the hidden life of Jesus before his public ministry. His sanctity came from this identification with Christ, lived out in the simple ordinary things of life and his deep devotion to Christ in the Blessed Scacrament. Both of these will be evident in the passages selected for reflection and prayer."
