A very special event took place between the 2nd and the 4th of October 2007. On the occasion of the second inter-Korean summit since the partitioning of the peninsula, the South Korean President No Mou-Hyen visited Pyongyang where he was welcomed by Kim Jong 11.

Since then there have been new possibilities for visiting in the North to promote better understanding and friendship.
