A monk-missionary in Morocco

Still at the same period, in 1927, Father Albert Peyriguere settled in Morocco (he had first tried to live in Algeria with a companion, following the Rule drafted by Charles de Foucauld in 1889). He remained in El Kbab in the Moroccan Middle Atlas region until his death in 1959. Father Michel Lafon continued this presence as a "monk-missionary", as Charles de Foucauld described it, an expression that Father Peyriguere made his own.
