India attracts many tourists and also those seeking education in various domains. Tourism is developing especially health tourism! People come from afar to avail of local medicine like Ayurvedic (herbal treatment), massage and even surgery. Costs are lower and specialists available.

There is a clash between tradition and modernity, globalization and poverty, religion and wealth. Styles of life have changed drastically and everything has become more expensive, according to international standards.

Our Prime Minister is a man of peace but he also favours nuclear development. There is an increase in violence in the country due to inequality and religious fundamentalism (politics making use of religion). Violence is exploited by the Media and information is often one-sided.
